Welcome the Weekend on Saturday 5th October
10am – 1pm at Harpole Old School Hall.
The morning will begin with limbering, building up to sun salutations and a slowish yoga flow sequence followed by meditation and balancing breath work. After healthy refreshments there will be an opportunity for further meditation and a full yoga nidra session. This session is suitable for and will be modified for all except complete beginners.
Feel Good Friday on Friday 29th November
6.30-8.30pm at Harpole Methodist Chapel
The evening will begin with relaxation followed by a floor-based slow and gentle movement practice with a focus on releasing tension in the neck, shoulders and hips. This will be followed by calming breathing practices and healthy refreshments. The evening will end with a sitting or lying mindfulness meditation. This event is suitable for anyone including beginners.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel more than 28 days before a full refund less £5 admin fee will be given. Cancellation between 14 and 28 days will be 50% refund. There will be no refund for cancellations within 14 days of an event.
